Refund Policy.

We have a 30-day return policy on products, which simply means you have 30 days after purchasing an item to request a return. Unfortunately, Personal care products are non-returnable due to their organic nature.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is in the same condition when purchased, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lepointny.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to complete the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item upon purchase and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of purchases cannot be returned, like services, service packages, discounted items and perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We will honor an exchange or in store credit for certain purchases. Please contact the studio to return the item and once the return is accepted, we can either make a separate purchase for the new item or provide you with a studio credit.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and then let you know of the approval via email. If approved, we will automatically refund you using your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take your bank or credit card company at least 5-10 business days to process and post the refund.
